It’s a great older house in a great location. It is 7-10 min from Indian Rocks Beach and about 20 min to Clearwater. I rented both units . Ample parking. The bedrooms were a good size and most bedrooms have a TV. The beds were comfortable.

The place has plenty of room to sleep 2 families. The kitchen has the needed appliances and utensils to prepare meals. The AC takes a long time to cool the house to a tolerable temperature. So maybe check in, turn on the AC and then go do something until your ready for bed. The pool table was a huge hit. Bathrooms could use some updating.

Newly renovated - great location! We actually were double booked for this property so they graciously offered us a place nearby. It was newly renovated house with fenced yard for our dog. We loved walking our dog on the quiet streets and thee was even a dog park within walking distance. The 2bed/1bath home was very clean and had everything we needed. It was 10 minutes from the beach and close to many restraunts. The beds were comfortable and even learned how to play a new game. We ate at Frenchy's in Clearwater, shopped and played on the beach. It was a fun family time!

Cara S - Fri, March 2, Thru March 31, 2022 Spring break perfection! We had a seamless check in and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was a great homebase while we were in Florida for a wedding and spring break. Close to beaches, shopping ect. with plenty of grocery stores nearby. Easy to get to and from the airport and main highways. The whole family enjoyed having multiple spaces to relax in and having two master suites was really awsome. Great esperience and wouldn't hesitate dto book again if we were in the area!

We came in town because of a death in the family. BJ was a great host. The house was big enough forour family of 8. The location was perfect. BJ also accommodated a longer stay when the funeral dateended up being after our scheduled stay. I know this is not always possible. But I am very thankful it wasthis time. I can easily say if we were on vacation, we would choose this Airbnb

Cute and quaint little cottage, perfect for a few nights away. The fenced back yard was awesome, I played fetch with my dog a lot and the string lights made the back patio a perfect evening hang out spot. Only one block from a beautiful little park with a lake and dog park. Full washer and dryer, comfy bed, kitchen had pots and pans, wifi worked great. Overall, a great stay. BJ was extremely easy to communicate with! I booked my stay only a few hours before arrival and he made sure to reach out right away. Awesome host.

House was beautiful and spacious!! Very clean. There were lots of activities for the kids (pool table, board games, and tv). We didn’t use the kitchen because we decided to try food from a newrestaurant every night, but it was very clean and stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. Would definitely stay again.

This house was very spacious and multi family friendly. Plenty of utensils and dishes to enjoy meals at “home” while on vacation. Love having a washer and dryer to use as well. Plenty of linens and things to use at the beach. BJ was quick to respond to any question and allowed us to check in earlier than agreed upon. We’d recommend and look forwArd to staying there again!!

BJ was a great host. He responded very quickly when I contacted him when I booked the house and gave us good information for check-in. House fit our needs for our stay. Bedroom and bathrooms arranged so we all had our own bathroom. If we traveled to Florida again, I would stay here again!

This place has an excellent location with close proximity to many eateries and coffee shops. Many of these places are walking distance. The neighborhood is super quiet and a pleasant night of sleep is a guarantee. The host is extremely responsive and hospitable. He will make sure your stay is to your satisfaction. The house has everything you need for a long stay and has a stylish and comfortable decor. I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything BJ!

Conviently located in between the beaches and Tampa, tranquil backyard, and the neighbors are friendly. It’s a $14 Uber to downtown St Pete Beach Drive, $19 to Downtown Tampa Riverwalk, $22 to Indian Rocks Beach, Noble Crust is a few blocks to the South of the home, Kahuna’s and The Getaway are $10 (on Gandy Blvd). Plenty to keep you busy! Wifi and internet tv. We enjoyed the home and the host was super responsive. Will book again!
